[Tutorial] Get to Level 55 in COD4 in 1 Hour!

FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS TO RANK UP!!!!!
How to go from 1XP to 110,000+ XP and unlock ALL WEAPONS & get to COMMANDER (5 Star) in less than an hour! This is detailed so ask questions if you don’t understand.
1- Download this program (tsearch) – http://www.timsvault.com/cheattools/tsearch.htm
2- Unzip tsearch into a folder on your desktop
3- Start COD4 then press ALT+TAB to come back to the desktop
4- Go into the folder where tsearch is and double click “TSearch.exe” to start the program
5- Press the “Open Process” button in Tsearch and point to your COD4.exe which is listed as “iw3mp.exe” you will see the small COD4 icon beside it. Click to highlight then press “ok”
6- Now under the “Easy Write” button in Tsearch you will see a blank white icon, click it. A box will pop open that says “new cheat” inside this box do the following
Under “TYPE” select “4 Bytes” (without quotes)
In the “Address” field put this “CBF0E68″ (without quotes) click “ok” and a new line should appear with an address, value and type.
7- Go back into COD4 and click the “Rank & Challenges” button. Write down your current XP shown in the right top and then in the box directly under that write down XP needed to reach your next rank and ALT+TAB back out
Mine has 78794 for current XP and 4126 needed for my next rank. So break out the calculator and do the following.
Take current XP 78794 + XP needed 4126 and – 1 this will give you the value needed for your next rank. So my value would be 82919
8- Now that you have the number needed for your next rank go into TSearch and click beside the last number in the VALUE field, backspace all the numbers out. Now enter the new number you just got to reach your next rank, mine would be “82919″ without quotes. Then simply hit ENTER.
9- Now go back into COD4 and you will see your rank changed and you need “1″ point to get your new rank. Go into any game and kill ONE PERSON and you will have the new rank. Then exit the round, go back to the XP, get the new numbers and repeat over and over again until your finished!!
Lol… This sure is troublesome. I’d rather play through the entire thing from level 1 to 55, it’s much more fun that way, not to mention more satisfying when you unlock weapons and perks.
For those of you who’d rather immediately get to level 55, there’s a save file for you to download and a cd key for you to use here:

Unfortunately, that means you can ONLY play on cracked servers since many people will be using this hack and thus the same cd key.

Nice find spvn. Although, your wrong about the cracked server thing. You still use your own cd key at the end of changing you level to 55.
Oh yeah, I forgot it’s possible to change your cd-key, though that’s another series of steps, because if you simply change your cd key, you’ll lose all your multiplayer data anyway.

I’m having troubles on Vista. The CoD4 executable is not showing up in processes.
That is weird. I would think that CoD4 can be run in Vista.
Have you tried the XP compatibility mode perhaps?

Why dont u just get someone who already is LEVEL 55 to send u there profile folder?
You guys are complete idiots. Your profile is saved to ur computer in a folder, all u gotta do is copy someone elses and pots it in there and name it to whatever u want.
Because i reformatted my PC and backed up my profile folder, and i started back off with the same profile and levels.

Wows, this isn’t a scam, it works for 1.4 under. Any patch over 1.5 won’t work. And your suppose to add the exp right now to the exp u need to level , THEN SUBTRACT 1. and you should get 1 exp to level… Just kill 1 person and you level. IF YOU DONT SUBTRACT ONE yoU MEss up
After reading this, I feel there are two questions that need to be answered.
1. You can not copy another mpdata profile and replace yours. CD keys are attached to profiles. You can change both your CD key in the program and in the game. There is another tutorial that uses a level 55 profile and the CD key used to create it. This unlocks all weapons and gives you rank 55.
2. For Vista, your mpdata file should be within the Users folder in the root directory. A hidden folder by default, named AppData, will lead you in the right direction, but normally searching for the mpdata file under /Users yields quicker results.
3. Always back up your profile. Not a question, but common sense.

thats not entirely true, though you are right, the cd key is saved, but i think you can also use regedit to change the cd key in it, im not 100 percent sure though, dont hate me coz i’m wrong >.<

I’m not sure that it’s dead. Maybe it just hasn’t caught on yet, but I crashed last week, which I had to reformat and reinstall XP. I lost my lvl 55, looked up how to get it back and did it without using the program ie: downloading the mpdata file, changing the codkey registry with the given key (everything backed up of course), overwrote the old mpdata with the new one and it worked. Added my key to the ingame options, and played for at least 4-5 hours on it … so I dunno.. am I just a lucky one?

that means that someone has already used that key and is playing with it. in fact, more than one person can be using it, so find another key.
