10-30-12: Initial release.
Some of you guys know this, but some may not, but I run a Youtube channel called vstPower. I could tell you the sad sob story of how GameDexterity was shut down by youtube after 3 years, 9400+ subs, but I’m not going to.
That is what the first video upload on vstPower channel is all about. Rather, I am here to talk about something else that most people may not even realize, and that is about the PS2 playlist!
In the coming weeks, I will go back to old PS2 articles I have written and update them so that they reference the correct video, but in the meantime, did you know that everything that you need to know about PS2 modding, FMCB, and more is right here under your nose?
All you got to do is check out the PS2 playlist, watch a few videos, and get up to speed! But don’t take my word for it, as they say, seeing is believing.
Click the link below, check out some of the PS2 videos, and if you got questions, either leave a comment on the Youtube video, or leave one here. Thanks!

The Xbox 360 is prone to RROD. Unfortunately, it is due to bad solder joints. Microsoft has paid a lot of warranty costs in the billions, but was it worth it? They rushed the system to market before any of the other next gen systems and now the Xbox 360 is a profitable system for them.
However, they will never ever be able to recooperate the money lost in warranty claims.
For the regular user (you), it will suck if you have RROD. I have an Xbox 360, but it never has RROD.
Trivia fact: Versatile cannot and WILL not help you diagnose your RROD and help you fix it. Versatile cannot guarantee the material in this article will help you fix your RROD.
Because of that, I cannot help you directly. What I can do is point you to websites or provide educational material that can help you. If you want to help me out, leave a comment and I’ll post it here.

2-6-10: Draft release because I could not wait. It’s currently 1:40AM at time of this posting.
I will add more details to this post later in the day after I have some more rest. I still think the title of this article is “clunky” so if you can help me think of a better title, please post it in the comments.
In the meantime, please watch the Youtube Video and you will understand what I did here. This is a great breakthrough for all PS2 enthusiasts across the world.
Foreword: As you go through this tutorial, some people may question whether or not this is legal to do, which is make backups of your PS2 games. Well, here is the short story of it all. If you own a store bought game, you can make a backup copy of it. The DMCA may say otherwise, but it all boils down to fair right usage. If you make a copy of that retail game and sell the copy, then that is piracy and illegal.
If you download a PS2 game in which you do not own a retail version, then that is piracy again. Follow the law. Play by the rules. Play with a conscience mind. The Underground Staff does not support piracy, and neither should you. Thank you. ~ Versatile
6-27-09: Another classic tutorial re-written to new standards.
1-03-09: Deleted the video since it needs to be re-done. Minor changes. For some reason, there were NERO references.
Did you know you can make backups of your PS2 games (for legal purposes of course) to preserve your original game? Well, yes you can. What do you do if your favorite game has gotten scratched up over the years? Do you want to go out and buy another copy of it? Oh wait, Gamestop doesn’t have that game anymore? What are you going to do?
Being an avid user of Afterdawn, I decided to help out the community there by providing a list of games known to man that are copyable. This is by no means a complete list, as new games come along all the time, and old games may not be on the list.
No, I do not own all these games, only a select few. The afterdawn community has been gracious in helping me compile this list. As time goes on, this list will grow. You can help it grow too. I ask you go to the second link below and post your game update in the afterdawn thread.
