[TiT] That’s It Tuesday Issue 6

Hi underground visitors! Welcome to the sixth issue of TIT, or That’s It Tuesday! Every Tuesday, I, Versatile1, will give you a rant of whats going on in the blog, whats intended for the future, hope, dreams, etc.

All right, big news.  This last Saturday, we broke the record in views, 2,063 views in one day in fact!  This is the highest amount of views in a day thus far.   I am not sure what caused it, but Portal, Irc, and the Demonator alternatives were still hot.

Due to recent events, as Demonator author has pointed out, Demonoid is currently down.   When they come back is unknown.  However, if you need a great torrent site, please check out www.torrentscan.com.

What you do there and what you search is for you to decide, not us. 😛

Other news:  The google adsense are back up on the sister site.  Please navigate to the right hand side and visit our sister site.  I will add some more static content soon, just to fresh it up some bit.  All I ask you, the underground visitor, is roughly 10 seconds of your time to click the 4 google ads.  Each click helps, and it motivates me to find you some cool articles to read.

This last week has been hot with viewers talking about Portal.  How does this game work, why is my copy messed up, etc.  Rather than having you waste your time messing around with Steam and your .gcf files, I say just re-download the game with the links we have provided in the forums.  Why spend 2 hours trying to make your fubar game work when you can use the same 2 hours to re-download a working copy of the game?

I know last week we will post a Thanksgiving post for awesome black friday deals, but that post has never come yet.  Rather than wait for an author *cough* to write it, here is the link so you can check it out yourself.  www.bfads.net

Future:  We are in the midst of finalizing a google document that explains for all current authors what I expect from them as writers.  Although this is an internal document, I may bring it out here on the main page if other writers want to join on board.
