Sucker Free Sunday – Issue 1

Stating today, I decided to start something new on the blog, known as the Sucker Free Sunday edition.

What am I going to talk about? More about openings in the Underground staff, so I guess consider it as a recruitment thread of sorts to get more people involved. As time goes on, maybe this will evolve into other topics. 😛

If you guys have not known already, a goal on The Underground blog is to keep at least a new post each and every single day, on whatever topic our heart desires. We do have a staff, but they are very off beat is the best way to say it. GN posts on Thursday, and I post like almost every day. The rest of the crew I have no idea when they post, it just randomly occurs.

Being the perfectionist I am, I want a new post every day, and more often than not, I have to be the one that saves the day every day and that really sucks for me. What I am proposing is a new system, and maybe I need to find some new authors. What I am proposing is readers, thats you, someone to volunteer and take a day of the week to post whatever topic they want with my approval on their designated day. I will always have Tuesday for my TiT updates, and GN will always have Thursday. This leaves 5 more days to have “dedicated” authors to write a post on their designated day.

Here are the rules:

1) If selected, you are committed to write on the day you are assigned or chosen.

2) If you happen to miss your day, and Versatile1 covers for you, thats ok but you are given a strike. Three (3) strikes and you are off the team. One (1) strike will be removed every month you did not get a strike. No exceptions to the rule.

3) Topics you desire to write on can be anything, but please keep it clean. We have children, young adults, fathers, mothers, and the elderly visiting this blog.

4) You can of course post on any other day too if you so feel inclined, but make sure you post on your required day, or that is a strike. Make sure your post coincides with your calendar date. If it posts and shows up as the previous day, you posted too early and must delete it and re-post it on the next day.
