[Misc. Monday] Music Is Missing?
Hello everyone. Did you miss me? Unfortunately that is probably a “no” if your name is “Offbeat” or “God” but I can take that. So here is my Misc. post for today…
Why you haven’t seen me (Music/Musicmasteria) post that often:
Well I guess I’ve just been busy… School mainly but that will change soon. In about 1 month I and Millions of other students get to go on Summer Vacation! So that will be fun for everyone, adding time to spend to every ones schedule. Hopefully this allocated time will give all the writers here on The Underground that have wandered off time to come back and post a little. Yes, we all know Versatile1 just loves to write stuff every day and watching him struggle to find contributors with Sucker Free Sundays is fun to watch and laugh at. Seeing our beloved Main Writer Versatile1 wither away in confidence in his fellow writers is what we live for but with all jokes aside, we need new (and old) writers for the blog to help him out, myself included.
So to get to a point, but not the point (because we are supposed to be random/miscellaneous today), I’ve been spending most of my time on a little project which actually gives a reason to my name, Music-Masteria.
That’s right, I’ve been trying to write my own song(s) using a nice program called FL Studio (aka Fruity Loops). All my work is a work-in-progress so it really isn’t anywhere near being finished but it’s a start I could say.
Both my songs are techno-like but I have very little experience in making this kind of music compared to others so please bear with me as you listen to them.

My main song right now is called “Journey”. I currently have 4 versions of it uploaded on Myspacefor all to hear and hopefully give me tips on. It is about 2 min. long at the moment and I’m still in the middle of making it. Check my myspace page every once and a while for a new version of it.
Journey 4 (Just rest you mouse over this and listen to it in the “SnapShot” player that comes up OR go to my Myspace Page.
I also have another song called “Rise” but it is very underdeveloped at the moment. It can be compared to “Journey Unfinished 1” in the list of my Myspace songs because I had 2 starting idea sounds (which i called ‘Journey’ and ‘Rise’) and then I started developing Journey first.
So ANYWAY… for this day of randomness I have 2 requests:
1. PLEASE listen to my songs on Myspace.com/Musicmasteria and then if you can, give me some tips/ideas for how either songs might continue or what might change in what I already have to make it sound better.
2. PLEASE HELP VERSATILE1, AND THE UNDERGROUND, OUT BY BECOMING A CONTRIBUTOR so you readers don’t have to listen to my randomness instead of some Quality Underground Guides, News, etc.

Battle of the Banners- Animation at Work!
The Underground – Version 3
OK everyone, prepare to break out the Photoshop tools and brush up on your Animating Skills because THE UNDERGROUND wants to see your best work!
This post is both a Beta testing of a few simple banners of our own AND
A Competition amongst ALL The Underground Members/Guests that wish to participate. The competition is to see who can create the best animated banner. It is better if it has an “Underground” theme but all themes will be accepted. The best of the best will be chosen by popularity. The Underground Members will decide who is the WINNER!

[MMM] Money Making Mondays- Issue 3
Welcome the the Third Issue of MMM or Money Making Mondays! This is were I show everyone how to make money off of the FREEBIE Sites, among other things!
For MMM, I will try to scope out and find all the FREEBIE sites that are giving away the best stuff around!
Now I know most of you will think that this is just another way for me to get referrals for my own Freebie accounts but I am really not. I am trying to spread my knowledge to others so that they themselves can get stuff for free! If you want to get me referrals, that is Great but if you don’t that’s Fine to!

Overview:
Prizerebel.com is probably one of the more knoticed freebie sites on The Underground Blog. Thanks to Voltaire, the majority of the Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer seekers have something to look at while they read the long, and popular, post he has here, or even on every page in the blog news section to the right —–>.
How do you make money?:
This site if offer based. It has a small referral set up but for the most part, you are on your own. You do offers from a long list, each with its own point value assigned to it for its compleation. Once you have collected enough points, you are able to choose from their prize guide or custom order an item if it is not on the prize guide.
How do I cash out?:
Cashing out is done through their “Availabe Prizes” section. They have a long list of available prizes to choose from. You can also custom order items through a support ticket system. All custom and regular prizes are fulfilled from amazon.com. That means that you can custom order anything on amazon.com but if amazon.com doesn’t have it, they probably can’t help you on that perticular item. I have personally used this site and cashed out on it with no problems. I received the prize within about a week of ordering it.
Overall Rating of Site:
This is a hard site to rate. Although it is very easy to get points, a lot of the offers mess up and don’t give credit because of cookie problems. The referral program only gives 20% of the referrals points to your account but it is an understandable amount none-the-less. I will give this site an 8/10. I can think of easier sites to get free stuff on but this one stands out with its vast selection of no-credit card-required offers. It may take longer to get the item but it can be worth the time and effort in the end!
Helpful Tips to this site:
When using this site you will have to do some work with the cookies on your computer to make sure that you will get credit for the offers on the site. For a good checklist of things to do, go to the Prize Rebel FAQ then look in the “How can I increase my chance of getting credited?” section.

How do you make money?:
Use all the tools they provide on the site to help you with almost ANY Freebie Site. Anything4Free.com does not actually give out freebies for referrals but helps you trade referrals with others, among other things.
How do I cash out?:
No cashing out is done on Anything4Free.com but once you receive enough referrals on another site, using this site, your friends, and other method of gathering referrals, you can cash out on there.
Overall Rating of Site:
I give this site a…. 9/10. It is PURE GOLD when it comes to its Guides, FAQ’s and other tools BUT the Referral Trading can get very costly if you are doing Referral 4 Cash Trades (the majority of people). There are probably much cheaper ways of getting referrals but they would be much slower than this site. So overall, this site is an Excellent source of help for other freebie sites but the costs can get a little high in the Referral Trading.
Helpful Tips to this site:
Stick to the Referral 4 Referral Trades if you can. Always try to trade with a member who has a high “TR”. “TR” is the feedback system they have at Anything4free.com and the higher the “TR” the better the trader.

So, for my first Issue of MMM, here is the first site I would like to talk about…
AWSURVEYS.COM
Overview:
AWSurveys.com is a great site that requires the smallest amount of work of any of the sites I have ever tried.
How do you make money?: (Survey and Referral Based)
The way you get money in this site is review other sites provided to you. Once you review them (2 at a time), you are paid a certain amount (usually $3, sometimes more or less, I think $1 is the lowest though and there is only 1 of those a month). Then once you have done all the sites they have provided you, your account is probably going to turn into a purely referral based account. Referrals come in like crazy and DO NOT require the referral to do anything but to Sign-up for a free account. For each referral you get $1.25. For me, I have 43 referrals, each giving me $1.25, giving a grand total of $55.75 but i only have $30 in surveys.
How do I cash out?: (Minimum Cashout = $75)
You cash out at AWSurveys by getting at least $75 then clicking on the Redeem button. From there you have 2 choices:

Paypal – Payout in about 1 week w/ a $25 charge from the account ($50)

Check – Mailed to you, 2-4 weeks w/o charge ($75)
Overall Rating of Site:
This site gets a 8/10 – It is extremely easy to get referrals for this site but it is almost purely funded by referrals. You have to wait quite a while before you can cash out because there are only a few surveys and referrals come in randomly. If it had more surveys, this site would be 10/10.
Helpfull Tips to this site:
Cretise, use it and love it. Both AWSurveys and Cretise are owned by the same company and are used very well together. This will increase your referral rate greatly! Here is a post I created a while back on Cretise: Click Here
