How To Softmod the Wii Using Letterbomb (and install homebrew channel with apps)

This past weekend I bought a Nintendo Wii from craigslist for a measly $75 used. It was a good deal, and whats the first thing I do with it? Mod it of course!

See the video tutorial to see how easy it is to mod Wii, and at the youtube site I got links to the downloads.

Frets on Fire

“Frets on Fire is a game of musical skill and fast fingers. The aim of the game is to play guitar with the keyboard as accurately as possible.” – Source

Frets on Fire is an amazing program that allows you to play a Guitar Hero like game on your computer without spending $80-100 on the guitar and game. This game is free and guess what! You can put ANY songs you want on it! I have found a good collection of songs you can download for it and the link is below. As for the game, a Free download can be found below as well.

Super Smash Brothers Brawl Goes Gold

Japanese sources have confirmed that Super Smash Brothers Brawl is now on the printing press.
Grab those Brawl Friend Codes and get ready for some action this February!

This picture is proof that the game is finished and on its way.

For those of you not familiar with the term; a game “Goes Gold” when the master
disc (or a copy that is completely ready for shipment) is sent to the printing press to make copies. Meaning that development stage of the game is officially over and done!

This means LEAKS-A-PLENTY!
The game is out of the hands on Nintendo of Japan and the potential for information about the game to leak out is substantial.

We don’t know for sure if this means the US version is complete or if this simply refers to the Japanese version.

Either way; further developmental delays look less likely on this day.
