[Free Stuff] PrizeLive: A New Way to Get Easy Money

Well, you know us. Actually, me, I’m the more obsessive one about free stuff. I mean, free stuff for doing almost nothing? That’s a profit! So I’ve done a LOT of “free” stuff places in the past few months. Last time, we talked about PrizeRebel. This time, I’ve got a place that’s EVEN EASIER than PrizeRebel. It’s so easy, I can’t even believe it.

Anyone using PrizeRebel knows that while you can get easy credits and quick prizes, the system sometimes does not credit their users properly. However, I’m not giving up on it; I got a $20 keyboard for free in 1 week, doing offers for 20 minutes a day. (Around 2 – 3 offers) Add RoboForm to that, and you’re golden.

But PrizeLive is something different. Here, you make cash that can be sent to you via PayPal or check. What you do is fill in quick offers, like submitting emails, zip codes, surveys, and others. You can even view sites for quick cash! Within 1 day, I earned $1.22, and I spent only 5 minutes. There’s even a monthly jackpot of around $300!

How to make quick money:

1) Sign up at PrizeLive.com. Please share the wealth, and sign up with my ref link. You don’t HAVE to, but it doesn’t hurt you, and it will help you if I decide to hold a contest in the future. So click here for my ref link.

2) When you sign in, go to the Offer List. There is a green button, it is pretty easy to find.

3) Find an offer which you want to do, read the instructions, click on the link (it will open a new tab), and complete EXACTLY what the instructions say to do. Afterwards, go back to PrizeLive and click submit under that offer to submit it for review.

4) CLEAR YOUR COOKIES. If you don’t do this, you won’t get as many offers accepted. Just do it, you will be grateful you did once more offers start creditting your account.

5) Complete offers from the LAST 30 COMPLETED or the 30 MOST POPULAR. Why? Well, these are the offers that are creditting the most. So, as a reason behind my insane logic, these offers are most likely to be creditted for you as well.

6) Play the game correctly, not hard. What I mean is, don’t do every single offer you see. You will probably not be credited at all. Do an offer, CLEAR THOSE COOKIES, wait for 5 to 10 minutes, and go do another one. It is also best to do only 8 to 10 offers a day. Why? Well, doing more offers means that it will take more time to credit each one from that day. If you do 100 offers in 1 day, chances are, few will credit. If you do 10, most of them will credit within a week.

7) Complete ALL Zip code offers. These offers credit VERY quickly, in around 10 minutes. Plus, they are easy to do and good credit.

8 ) Do TWO PTC (Pay to click) offers a day. It might seem like little pay off (1 cent isn’t much) BUT it gives you 2 jackpot entries a day for doing NOTHING. You don’t even have to wait at the page, just click it, let it load, and close it. And you don’t need to clear cookies until after you viewed both sites.

Note: Every offer that credits for you adds 1 entry to the jackpot. There are roughly 7000 to 8000 entries per month. Now, seems like a lot, but a 1% chance is REALLY good for you. Thus, doing 2 PTC a day will get you 2 entries a day, so around 60 entries a month. And every other offer you do gets you entries, so you can easily end with 100 entries or more. Again, play the game correctly, not hard.

9) Use a DIFFERENT EMAIL EACH TIME that you do a “submit email” offer. The companies want different emails in their system, not the same ones, so play the game and do it their way. They don’t want your same email again, they can’t spam you MORE anyway. Use Mailinator or FakeNameGenerator.com to get a random junk email, and use it once. Use a new one after clearing cookies and doing it again. EDIT: I was informed by the Administrator of PrizeLive that fake email addresses aren’t supposed to be used. First, they aren’t allowed technically (though reports have confirmed it working, but still). Second, advertisers don’t like it and are more likely to not credit you. So make a new account at gmail, hotmail, mail.com, etc. when you need something new.

10 ) Be diligent. Don’t give up. If something isn’t crediting, just wait it out and do other offers. Not everything will credit as it depends on the survey site accept you, and each site takes different amounts of time. If you don’t get the credit, the offer will be available next month for you to do again. Besides, it takes around 5 minutes total in your day to do 8 offers. You don’t have that much time? I bet you do!

11) Tell people to be your referral. They will get you extra cash, and if they too refer people, you will get even MORE cash. You get 10% of whatever tier 1 and tier 2 referrals make as an added bonus (don’t worry, they don’t lose 10%, you get an EXTRA 10% of what they make).

12) This is optional, but it helps you log in quickly after cookie clearing. Download and install the PrizeLive Toolbar. You get extra credits every 24 hours and hot links to the important parts of the site.  It’s not bad, but you don’t need it to get cash.

12) Optional as well. You can own an offer. This will cost you some points (say 0.13 points) but the profits are pretty nice if you pick wisely. What owning an offer does: If anyone else on PrizeLive does the offer and is credited within the 5 days that you own the offer, you get 10% of that offers worth. If you pick the right offers, like things that reappear on the Top 30 constantly, you can reap big profits. And you can own 5 offers at a time!

Want more proof? My friend bought his Halloween costume using only money from PrizeLive. Another friend started 2 days ago, went all out, and earned $21 by being smart and playing the game correctly.

So hope along! I give this site a solid 10/10.

Pretty self explanatory. You should try it out sometimes. (actually, don’t, we don’t recommend it)

Save money on gas.

armandlegfuel.jpg

In this day and age gas is on just about everyone’s minds, especially with consistent rising prices. I personally have a few ways of saving on gas, but nothing concrete or enough to actually save me some decent money. Here are 13 ways to significantly reduce your gas costs, brought to you by the great folks at About.com:

1: Choice of car. Granted this is very limited for people, 4 door sedans are usually the best bet, and cheaper than the popular SUV pick.

2: Upkeep. Believe it or not, if your car is in bad condition it can increase the gas use by up to 25%.

3: Steel-belted radial tires. They can actually pay for themselves in short time and decrease gas consumption by 10%

4: Gas tier. From the horses mouth itself, having a good friend with several Mobil franchises, I know now that unless your manual specifically states you need a certain level of gas, for example premium or unleaded, get the cheapest one. They’re all the same, save for differences most cars won’t notice.

5: Tire pressure. Every pound of under inflation causes up to 6% more gas usage.

6: Don’t top of your gas tank when pumping gas. Stop when it tells you to.

7: Don’t idle your car to warm it up. Running the engine makes it warm up faster, I also can confirm this. It works wonders on the way to work! I just bundle up before opening the garage door. 🙂

8: Combine your errands. Take the time it takes to drive between destinations each time you come and go from your home, and plan your trips out to save the gas of traveling from home often. This is probably the one you’ll remember and use the most.

9: Accelerate gently. Putting the pedal to the medal will burn your tires, and a hole in your pocket.

10: Watch traffic jams carefully. Plan your stop-and-goes.

11: Coast to stopped traffic ahead of you and apply brakes gradually. Don’t speed up and slam on the brakes.

12: Speed limits are there for more than you think! Driving faster, i.e.: 70 MPH takes more gas than 50 MPH.

13: Maintain a steady speed on the highway. Avoid slowing down and speeding up to match other cars. Cruise control is your friend! Careful not to fall asleep though.

[MMM] Money Making Mondays- Issue 3

Welcome the the Third Issue of MMM or Money Making Mondays! This is were I show everyone how to make money off of the FREEBIE Sites, among other things!

For MMM, I will try to scope out and find all the FREEBIE sites that are giving away the best stuff around!

Now I know most of you will think that this is just another way for me to get referrals for my own Freebie accounts but I am really not. I am trying to spread my knowledge to others so that they themselves can get stuff for free! If you want to get me referrals, that is Great but if you don’t that’s Fine to!

LAST WEEK’S SITE WAS: Anything4Free.com (Rating 9/10)

So, for my Third Issue of MMM, I’m going to talk about…

PrizeRebel.com

Overview:

Prizerebel.com is probably one of the more knoticed freebie sites on The Underground Blog. Thanks to Voltaire, the majority of the Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer seekers have something to look at while they read the long, and popular, post he has here, or even on every page in the blog news section to the right —–>.

How do you make money?:

This site if offer based. It has a small referral set up but for the most part, you are on your own. You do offers from a long list, each with its own point value assigned to it for its compleation. Once you have collected enough points, you are able to choose from their prize guide or custom order an item if it is not on the prize guide.

How do I cash out?:

Cashing out is done through their “Availabe Prizes” section. They have a long list of available prizes to choose from. You can also custom order items through a support ticket system. All custom and regular prizes are fulfilled from amazon.com. That means that you can custom order anything on amazon.com but if amazon.com doesn’t have it, they probably can’t help you on that perticular item. I have personally used this site and cashed out on it with no problems. I received the prize within about a week of ordering it.

Overall Rating of Site:

This is a hard site to rate. Although it is very easy to get points, a lot of the offers mess up and don’t give credit because of cookie problems. The referral program only gives 20% of the referrals points to your account but it is an understandable amount none-the-less. I will give this site an 8/10. I can think of easier sites to get free stuff on but this one stands out with its vast selection of no-credit card-required offers. It may take longer to get the item but it can be worth the time and effort in the end!

Helpful Tips to this site:

When using this site you will have to do some work with the cookies on your computer to make sure that you will get credit for the offers on the site. For a good checklist of things to do, go to the Prize Rebel FAQ then look in the “How can I increase my chance of getting credited?” section.

In the words of our very own Versatile1, If you didn’t think there would be a MMM Issue today, “You have no faith. Thank you.”- Source

Thank you for reading the Third Issue of MMM!

Next Week I will have another site for all you try out if you choose to do so!

[MMM] Money Making Mondays- Issue 2

Welcome the the Second issue of MMM or Money Making Mondays! This is were I show everyone how to make money off of the FREEBIE Sites!

If you want to get me referrals, that is Great but if don’t that’s Fine to!

LAST WEEK’S SITE WAS: AWSurveys.com (Rating 8/10)

I added a proof picture to Issue 1 of MMM, for those who wanted to see it.

So, for my Second Issue of MMM, I’m actually going to switch it up and talk about…

Anything4Free.com

Overview:

Anything4Free.com sounds like a freebie site but it is actually a Support Site created by People who are trying to help everyone get the referrals they need on almost ANY freebie site. They offer:

AND MUCH MORE!

-More things can be found on the Resources List

How do you make money?:

Use all the tools they provide on the site to help you with almost ANY Freebie Site. Anything4Free.com does not actually give out freebies for referrals but helps you trade referrals with others, among other things.

How do I cash out?:

No cashing out is done on Anything4Free.com but once you receive enough referrals on another site, using this site, your friends, and other method of gathering referrals, you can cash out on there.

Overall Rating of Site:

I give this site a…. 9/10. It is PURE GOLD when it comes to its Guides, FAQ’s and other tools BUT the Referral Trading can get very costly if you are doing Referral 4 Cash Trades (the majority of people). There are probably much cheaper ways of getting referrals but they would be much slower than this site. So overall, this site is an Excellent source of help for other freebie sites but the costs can get a little high in the Referral Trading.

Helpful Tips to this site:

Stick to the Referral 4 Referral Trades if you can. Always try to trade with a member who has a high “TR”. “TR” is the feedback system they have at Anything4free.com and the higher the “TR” the better the trader.

Thank you for reading the Second Issue of MMM!

Next Week I will have another site for all you try out if you choose to do so!

[How To] Save Money By Cutting Hair at Home

Haircut Kit

Everybody has to cut their hair right at some point or another right? Just so you know, I’m talking about the hair on your head. 😛

Ok, so if you go to the barber shop, depending on where it is and if you got any deals, hair cuts easily range from $7 up to $20. If the average haircut with taxes is a clean $15, and you cut your hair once a month, that is a grand total of $180 a year. Now if you have family members, and it costs more or less the same per person, and factor in driving to the barber shop and other misc items, cutting your family’s hair could easily go over $300 a year! This isn’t pocket change!

What can you do to alleviate the costs? Simple, buy a haircut kit, and learn how to cut each other’s hair if you have a family, or if you live by yourself, cut the hair yourself or get a friend to help you.

Tools needed:

1) Hair cuttery kit. You can find these at stores like Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreens, any convenience store really.

2) A penny. On the electric razor, you may need to adjust the power of the blade. To do this, you need a penny or a flat head screw driver to adjust the power.

3) Hair cut tutorials: Find pictures of hair styles you like and try to cut it like that. Or stop by a local barber school, and see how they cut hair. Did you know if you go to a barber/cosmetology school, you can get your hair cut for low prices, or even for free? The only caveat is you may have to sit around longer as the students perfect their technique.

Google for hair cut tutorials and you shall find some. Here is one that has a link to a bunch of sites and tips for cutting hair. Source

4) A handheld mirror. This will prove to be of use when you cut someone else’s hair or your own hair as you can see what is happening in real time.

After some practice cutting each others hair, or your kids hair, you will turn that $10 haircut investment into a money saver. From time to time, don’t forget to clean out the hair and oil up the blade, and this will last you forever.

////////////
Tips for single male guys who want to save money on hair cuts

For single men, maybe you don’t want to go to the barber shop and waste your money. If you have a hair cut kit, this is what you can do.

1) If you shave your head, then thats the easiest thing to do. Put the razor on the smallest blade setting and have at it.

2) If you want to cut your hair in a particular style, I recommend going to a barber first. Afterwards, say every week or so, stand in front of the mirror and shave the sides of your head and whatever to keep it maintained. Remember, when hair is short it is easy to cut it and make it presentable. As hair gets longer, it will be easier to notice if you screw up cutting your own hair. 😛

3) As another tip, try getting a handheld mirror. When you stand in front of the bathroom mirror, use that to cut the hair you can see on the sides of your head and whatnot. To cut the hair on the back of your head and for trimming, this is where the handheld mirror is useful. You can hold the mirror in one hand, and look at that mirror to see the reflection of your head on the bigger mirror while the other hand cuts your hair. It takes awhile to get used to, but with patience, you can get a nice haircut done.

Practice makes perfect!
