[The Suckers Have Changed… Again]

The Goal:

• Have the public post articles, hopefully on a regular basis.
• Any topic is allowed… but keep it clean. Try to be tech-savvy, but
  if that’s not what you’re about, we really don’t care. Just remember,
  this isn’t an exclusive blog, it’s for the general public. Keep in mind
  that you will be writing for the masses. Do you want younger kids
  reading bad language?

What It Takes To Become an Underground Contributor or Author:

1. Commitment. Unless you want to write only one or two articles, you
   probably want to be a normal blog writer. This means that the day you
   choose to write on is the day you must post. We shouldn’t have to chase
   you down for a post. You may be called out. (Oh the shame!)
2. Language. We generally try to avoid copy/paste rips here, even if
   we do write our own intros and conclusions. Try to make your piece
   engaging and interesting. For example, if you are making a tutorial,
   post some pics.
3. No excuses. If you fail to come up with an idea, don’t hope that
   Voltaire or Versatile1 will post for you. Contact us and we will help
   you. We have lots of ideas, we’ve been writing for over a year! If you
   can’t reach us, check out Digg, Fark, Reddit, ZeroPaid, and other
   social article sites. They generally have lots of new articles which
   can create ideas. Ask MusicMasteria why he left the blog (at the
   command of our viewers!)
4. Hard work. Don’t slack off and post a horrid one-liner. ‘Nuff said. Just be good and post something decent.

Bah! Since there was mad turmoil on Issue 21, and after one complaint that the rules were worthless and not going anywhere, I have decided to change it up a bit. This time around, it is going to be shorter, sweeter, and much simpler.

The Goal:

• To find new writers to take up a certain day of the week (yes, we can have multiple writers a day or overlap) to post dedicated, fresh content.
• Topics you desire to write on can be anything, but please keep it clean and within the realm of sensibility. We have children, young adults, fathers, mothers, and the elderly visiting this blog. When in doubt, contact Versatile1.

What It Takes To Become an Underground Contributor or Author:

1. The Underground accepts all forms of communication. You can wish to express yourself via video, writing, pictures, audio, or any combination of the methods mentioned above.
2. You must be a dependable writer. This means that you are expected to write on the day that you wish to write on. If you know you can’t make it, please contact Versatile1 to make arrangements for article backups.
3. You must be enthusiastic to write here on the blog. Please see it as an honor to partake in a blog that receives at least 2K views a day.
4. If you are stuck for ideas, contact Versatile1 for suggestions. Apathy or excuses to not write is not acceptable. For a good example, ask MusicMasteria why he is one of the poorest writers on the blog.

Please note that long periods of inactivity will be noticed, and further discussions related to this activity shall be conducted off-line.

Later this week, I will have a post announcing Diablo 3!  OMG, the gameplay videos and screenshots are giving me a heart attack. Release date?  Late 2009 Blizzard says.  Starcraft 2 is probably going to be released around X-Mas this year.  Far Cry 2 is coming in fall.  OMG, great times to be a gamer.
