Let’s face it, the world is a busy place. Even though it is the year 2012, depending on what you are doing these days compared to 5, or even 10 years ago, you are probably more busy than ever. Are you?
I know I am. Just 10 years ago, I was in high school, then 5 years later it was finishing up college, and then another 5 years I’m a working professional.
Time flies by so quick, and there are some things that I have learned the hard way (and also the smart way) that I am going to share with you so you too can help get a grip on your own life.

So as a gamer that loves old school games, I grew up with the NES and SNES console. I have fond memories playing SNES with my friends, and still to this day, I still play SNES occasionally.
But what do you do if you want to play SNES on the PC, but you want the authentic feel of the SNES controller? Well, guess what? You can connect the original SNES controller to the PC if you have the appropriate USB adapter to connect to it.
If you go to Amazon.com, you can purchase a Mayflash USB adapter that allows you to connect two SNES controllers to your PC (or laptop type device). Once you purchase the adapter and with shipping, it will be approximately $10 or so.
Once you have the adapter, all you got to do is literally plug your SNES controller into it, and then plug in the USB to the PC. Afterwards, go ahead and configure your SNES controller with our favorite emulator (or equivalent PC game) and have fun!
See the Amazon link below if you want to purchase it, as well as a video tutorial.

Thanks to Teknogods, loader 1.2 has been released and it allows you to play spec ops online without steam. This means you can use VPN programs, direct IP, or internal LAN for your spec op play fun.
For sake of time, please see the youtube video I did until I get a proper text tutorial written within the next few days.
- Install Modern Warfare 3.
- Download the following items:
- This is where instructions will slightly differ. If you are using a VPN program, then join the MW3 network. This can be in tunngle, hamachi, or whatever. If using direct IP or internal LAN, then go to step 4.
- Run the “TeknoMW3.exe”, click Settings, and setup your Name and FOV (field of view).
- Follow the instructions below depending if you are HOST or CLIENT:
- HOST: Select “I’m the host”, press “Start Game” and in-game press “Multiplayer”
- CLIENT: Enter the Host-IP, press “Start Game” and in-game press “Multiplayer”
- If you need an IP address, ask the Tunngle room, friends, or whatever method you are using of the other gamers.
- It is at this point that the HOST select the game options, and then start either one of the missions or survival mode.
- If there are game issues, ask the Tunngle room, hamachi room, or wherever you are playing.
What ports do I need to port forward?
- Answer: For teknogods loader, UDP 3074 and 29184. If using tunngle, port forward udp 11155.

So for the last 5+ years, I’ve tested God knows how many remote connection tools to help out with other PC gamers. Some of those examples include UltraVNC, crossloop, and logmein.com.
Out of all of them, the one program I always go back to is TeamViewer. Why? With TeamViewer 6, it has a lot of cool functionality including:
- Remote connection to a remote PC
- File Transfer
- Voice Communications
- Conference Call capabilities
- Chat capabilities
- Recording Sessions
- Presentation mode

Do you have a spare Playstation 1 or Playstation 2 controller? Did you ever wish you could connect it to your PC to play your Emulator or possibly PC games?
How is it done? Easy! You have to go and purchase a Playstation to PC adapter, and these adapters are fairly cheap, especially if you go online. I bought mine from Amazon before X-mas last year, and after shipping the total was under $5 USD!
How it works is you connect the Playstation controllers to the adapter (1 or 2), and then you connect the USB to the PC. No driver download required! The one I got works great on XP and Windows 7.
Watch the video tutorial below and see what you might have been missing.
10-8-10: Initial release. I expect over time this tutorial will evolve, as this is a useful tutorial!
Did you know that if you have a PS2 that can run UlaunchELF, you have the power to transfer PS1 save games found onto the Internet and transfer it to your PS1 memory card? How do you do that? Simple. This guide will teach you.
If you’re making a video tutorial about a software program, you are probably going to need a screen recorder to make it professional. What if you’re writing a text tutorial? If it’s all text, the reader will have a hard time making sense of it, so you’ll want to include some screen capture images, right?
A friend told me about Jing, which is a free screen capture program. It can record videos and still images of your computer screen. Click here to get Jing.
Physical, mental, family, and life health are important aspects in life. You cannot be healthy without being well in all four subject areas. This article takes a look into each section and see how you can be more healthy starting today.
Who doesn’t want to be physically fit?! This is a very important asset to have. So why is physical health so important? Well, for one, it lengthens life expectancy. Live longer! It might be hard to pick up at first, but it is important in the long end. Exercise also makes you feel fantastic. More confidence, and it makes you happy. It is proven to release endorphins that make you happy. So when you’re feeling glum, go exercise. Another very peculiar thing that it does is it lets you sleep better. Most people often complain about sleeping problems, and most of those people are lazy. Exercise regulates your internal clock, and it helps you sleep much better. And last but not least, let’s not forget, it makes you look more attractive! So if you are trying to impress that one special person, why not get in shape and do just that?!
Mental health is very important in everyday life for many reasons. Think clearly, think faster, perform tasks better, makes speech clearer, and it just, on average, makes you sound smarter. This is a type of chain; one sets off the other, and so on. Mentally helps you think of words or sentences faster, get your work or homework done A LOT quicker, and it gives you better word choice to make you sound like a pure genius! Reading, writing and mental games such as chess or checkers all help progress this process. These are all things to exercise your mind with.
Whether it’s just your parents or your wife and three children, it’s always good to have a good relationship with your family.Although people say they are cheerful alone, they are never as happy as they are with their family. It is key to true happiness. It is a new kind of love that must be experience. A life is wasted without family, for family is a main ingredient in the hodgepodge we call “living.” They support your decision and they back you 100% on anything, even if you’re wrong. And most importantly, they are always there to cheer you up when no one else is. Family helps you up at your weakest moment.
A well-maintained life is very important. Inside you is the spark of true happiness, and the world is your fuel. If you have a healthy life overall, there is nothing you can’t accomplish. You can control so much more than you think. YOU have the power to shape your future any way you want! All that is needed is confidence and willpower.
Exercise to live your life longer and feel better.
Train your mind to be more knowledgeable.
Support your family, because they’re always supporting you.
With all of this you can become everything you’ve ever dreamed of!
Foreword: I was chatting with versatile1, the day before I started this tutorial and he spurred up this amazing thought of ‘PS2s being preferred over DIVx players’. Do you know that the PS2 costs $99, and do you also know that the DIVx players cost like about 40 – 50 Dollars ??.. So, the difference is just $50 of cash. But, the PS2, unlike any DIVx player, is a gaming console and the list of games might arguably exceed the 2,500 mark. And by buying a copy of Swap Magic, we could play backed up PS2 games. Bottom line ~~> That extra $50, was definitely worth it !!
Revisions: [12-23-09] Initial release.
[12-27-09] Added Versatile1’s ‘Free McBoot’ Video Tutorial.
[12-30-09] Added Versatile1’s SMS video Tutorial.

The PS2, being a legendary console, never lets you down when it comes to surprises. And the Simple Media System (SMS) is one such surprise.
The SMS media player is a PS2 application, which lets you play DIVx media files on the PS2. The SMS media player is equivalent, or maybe even superior to any ordinary DIVx player.
NOTE: The supported media formats are AVI, DIVx, Xvid, mpeg1, mpeg2, ogg, mp3, ac3, srt (subtitles), wma, asf and pcm.
